Human Umbilical Cord Blood derived- stem cells

This product is mesenchymal stem cells which are derived from Human Umbilical Cord Blood and are cryopreserved. These cells are manufactured to meet cGMP manufacturing standards in a high standard facility and available for different applications from research and clinical use. These cells are isolated and expanded in cultured and then cryopreserved in vial tubes. There are 1×106 cryopreserved cells in each vial. A Certificate of Analysis is available which documents the quality control specifications, test results and donor information.

Wharton’s Jelly derived-mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) 

These cells are mesenchymal stem cells which are derived from Wharton’s Jelly of umbilical cords. These cells are isolated, cultured, and cryopreserved. Each vial includes 1×106 cryopreserved well-characterized, tested, and certified cells.

ExoCell

ExoCell is a HUMSC-derived exosome, which is isolated from serum free media of these cell media by ultracentrifuge. ExoCell contains multitude growth factors which can enhance the cellular and biochemical events involved in skin rejuvenation, anti- aging, and wound healing. The exosomes are dissolved in PBS and packaged in 5 mL tube in total number of 1×109.

Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that are secreted by cells and contain a variety of bioactive molecules, including growth factors, anti-inflammatory molecules, antioxidants, lipids, and nucleic acids. In recent years, there has been growing interest in the use of exosomes for skin treatment to stimulate collagen production, promote cellular turnover, reduce inflammation, and enhance skin barrier function.
